Position Summary

Your role is to manage omnichannel DTC media analytics for the portfolio of a large pharma client that includes Immunology, Cardiovascular, Oncology, and Hematology. The role requires the ability to actively apply the agency's proprietary ad effectiveness and measurement tools, as well as 3rd party vendor solutions, to determine the impact of advertising on the client's business.

A strong knowledge and aptitude for statistical analysis, predictive analytics and digital analytics is key for success, as is a passion for client service. The position also requires the ability to understand the strategic communications needs of client advertisers and align these needs to the day-to-day issues of data and reporting.

Responsibilities



  • Manage and plan and client relationships in addition to multiple projects and demands
  • Be part of a team and create clear paths to success for analysts
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with communication planners, creative teams, media planners, buyers, clients and other partner agencies
  • Help Director train and mentor junior team members
  • Design and manage execution of custom analyses
  • Ensure high quality in data and analytics deliverables and uncover business opportunities
  • Work to improve automation and reduce human error in data processing and analytics


Required Skills & Experience



  • At least 3 years in Life Science Analytics, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Oncology, or Hematology experience a plus
  • Understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • Superior ability to build and deliver impactful presentations at senior levels
  • Strong background in statistical analysis and digital analytics
  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Tableau, SQL
  • Experience with Python for automation and analysis
  • Ability to scope an analytic solution out of a vague business problem
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Comfortable actively participating in and contributing to meetings with colleagues and clients

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Experience with ETL processes, and site tagging
  • 3rd Party Measurement of Media Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony Health, Purplelabs, Komodo Health

The salary range for this position is posted below.
