The Account Manager or Senior Account Manager is key to supporting ACT's mission by maintaining and expanding the use of ACT's Workforce Solutions and increasing the number of Work Ready Communities (WRC). The position will develop, manage, and plan for key strategic workforce initiatives; drive decision making, and work internally and externally to develop and implement program services and systems. A customer focus is critical to understanding potential customer needs and presenting ACT's Workforce Solution products and services that will help them achieve their goals and objectives and, as equally important, maintaining and expanding business with current customers. Work Location: This is a remote position that will cover territory in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida with preference for the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to be located in the territory. Travel: 50% time The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $95,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. What you will be working on:
Responsible for sales revenue and establishing Work Ready Communities by prospecting, onboarding and training new customers, guiding customers to ACT resources for assistance, and managing contract renewals and expansion of services with current customers
