We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of CRM Applications/Director of Business Applications with a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing Operations and a proven track record in Go-to-Market (GTM) operationalization. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the success of our Sales and Marketing operations and systemization. You will partner with and guide our internal users, focusing on increasing the efficiency of Sales and GTM teams, building scalable platforms, and creating excellent internal processes and tools. This position will report to the VP of Enterprise Architecture. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to support Product, Sales, and Marketing processes and systems. - Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes for GTM initiatives by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders. - Develop and execute a comprehensive architecture and strategy for Salesforce Sales Cloud, aligning with overall business objectives. - Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines feature enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities to meet customer needs. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce and Marketo features and best practices. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement documents. - Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. - Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate on features based on customer feedback and usage data. - Manage a team of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs). - Create user stories to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions. - Provide critical thinking and facilitate discussions needed to drive outcomes and results to meet project goals by serving as a cross-work stream SME and escalation point. - Take ownership of follow-ups and close gaps related to overall project approach, design issues, project execution tasks, and issues; work with the team to resolve and present findings. - Help improve standardization and adoption of common practices. - Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and experience in improving data quality. - Write technical documentation and provide team training. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
