We are immediately hiring part-time gameday retail sales associates. We are looking for passionate team members available to work at games and other sporting events.
The Gameday Retail Associate position is responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to fans during our events. If you have a passion for retail, an outgoing personality, love to sell, enjoy working in teams, and strive to create relationships with fans, this job is for you. What You'll Do as an Event Customer Service Team Member * Assist with the gameday set-up and merchandising of all retail locations * Meet, greet, and interact with customers to ensure their needs are met * Demonstrate excellent product knowledge * Be a champion at suggestive selling * Conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines * Stock, price, and organize inventory * Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime * Other duties as assigned You will Be a Great Fit if You are * Professional in appearance and conduct * Friendly & outgoing * Customer service-oriented and like to help others * Comfortable multi-tasking and adapting easily to change * Someone who likes to have fun at work and work with a team * Be willing to work extended hours on event days, including weekends * Reliable with regular attendance * Adept at basic computer and math skills | |
