As a Senior People Analytics Analyst on Global's People Analytics team, you will work closely with the various Business Stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to develop story-based analytics, tools, and insights in Workday that drive Improved Decision Making about our People, Culture, and Leadership. This key team member will report to the VP of People Services and will need to influence internal and external stakeholders, use data to impact key strategic business decisions, and rapidly build solutions to scale insights throughout the organization.We work in a hybrid module, 3 days on-site in our Waltham office and two days remote. For over 75 years Global Partners has been delivering the energy, products, and services that make life better.
