Salary Grade: C4-66 Starting Salary: $8,464.44 (per month) plus benefits Full Salary Range: $8,464.44 - $11,349.25 (per month) The Foothill-De Anza Community College District is currently accepting applications for the supervisor position above. JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Dean of Student Development & EOPS/CARE/NextUp at De Anza College, plan, organize and coordinate a variety of programs, projects and day-to-day activities related to the functions and activities of the Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOPS), Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) and NextUp programs. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff. Maintain department databases and ensure compliance with district and state regulations that pertain to EOPS programs. Oversee the financial operations and distribution of program services and resources in accordance with established policy, rules and regulations. Ensure the completion and submission of annual reports to the State Chancellor's Office. DEFINITION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, plan, organize and coordinate a variety of programs, projects and day-to-day activities related to the functions and activities of the Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOPS) and Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) program; train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
