Sr. Business Analyst ( Finance & Technology)

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a dynamic team for a two-year hybrid contract. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in bridging the gap between finance and technology, playing a critical role in business requirement documentation (BRD/FRD), user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Engage effectively with various stakeholders, including tech teams, to ensure clear and efficient communication across different departments.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of balance sheets, general ledgers, and reconciliation processes.
• Apply knowledge of finance, specifically in areas of balance sheet management and month-end close substantiation processes.
• Understand and analyze the natures of different businesses and how reconciliation or accounting structures vary depending on the product or service.
• Balance execution with strategic contribution, recognizing the importance of both in the role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheets, general ledgers, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders.
• Experience in working with technical teams and understanding of technical aspects of business solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
