POSITION

Allspring is seeking to recruit a Senior Institutional Sales professional who will report to the Head of Northeast regional team in the Institutional Client Group (ICG). This person will play an important role at a pivotal moment in the firm's evolution, helping the firm's growth trajectory and culture. The successful candidate will be experienced and dynamic with a proven track record of winning institutional business. As a senior member of the team, this individual must be comfortable managing a large sales territory and sales goal. Business acumen, strategic thinking and strong internal partnerships are all critical to the role. The ideal candidate will be located in Boston.

CANDIDATE



  • Dynamic and collaborative investment professional
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate Allspring's investment strategy, differentiating factors, and competitive advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated to surpass business goals.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Substantial experience (minimum 15 years) in institutional fundraising in the Northeast.
  • Proven track record of winning new business from institutional investors
  • Well established institutional relationships



Base Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000

Salary Range for NYC candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
