About the Position: The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle technical recruiting, including developing recruiting strategies, posting job advertisements, screening/interviewing candidates, and more as needed. Work with a sense of purpose and urgency to attract and hire the highest caliber of talent with a focus on government contracting. About Us: Epic Government Staffing delivers healthcare solutions to federal, state, and local governments in the form of clinical staffing, medical administration, human performance optimization, and emergency medical response. What You'll Do:
- Establish and nurture a network of contract employees within the assigned vertical.
- Serve as a valuable resource for candidates, providing information on the marketplace, project opportunities, career guidance, and development.
- Manage sourcing lists and execute outbound dial and electronic outreach deliverables.
- Maintain open communication with cross-functional team members, including Business Development, recruiters, and operations.
- Draft client-facing submittal notes and ensure timely submission of candidates.
- Attend weekly pending meetings, team meetings, company meetings, and kick-off calls, actively participating and asking insightful questions.
- Effectively utilize the ATS as a relationship management tool, updating candidate information and documentation regularly.
- Update candidates call notes, emails, and status changes in the ATS for accurate documentation purposes.
- Actively participate in team activities and support onboarding processes, including contract reviews with candidates.
- Assist the Senior Recruiter and/or Recruiting Manager in scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates during and following contract assignments.
- Pre-screen candidates to determine technical skill sets and career goals.
- Deliver and support the delivery of qualified candidates to clients, meeting set process and procedure standards.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of healthcare staffing/recruiting experience
- Computer and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
