Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Store Associate
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Work hour: 8 hours a day Shift work, during store hours 11:00am - 8:00pm.
Japanese Bilingual Store Associate responsible for providing a great customer experience as well as ensuring the store is clean and well-presented at all times. Qualified candidate must speak, read, and write Japanese at professional level and has minimum one year of retail store operation experience. We look forward to your applications!
Responsibilities
Ensure all store procedure is correctly handing based on company compliance standards.
Secure a consistent, seamless, and positive customer experience.
Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately with established cash control procedures.
Provide support to fellow employees through sharing of knowledge, helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in customer interactions.
Resolve customer concerns with customer satisfaction in mind and escalate any issue to store manager.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Open and close the store, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be Japanese bilingual - speak, read, and write Japanese required
One year retail store experience is required.

Excellent customer service skills.
