HYBRID ROLE: IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL VISITS
JOB SUMMARY The CAS Assessor is responsible for arranging, conducting, and completing accurate and thorough assessments using the person-centered approach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Experience: Minimum of one year working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a full-time position post degree; experience in adapting interviewing skills to elicit information from individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, their families and community providers. Must have strong computer skills. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in an approved human service discipline. Travel Required: (HYBRID Role) : Must be willing and able to travel throughout the assigned region. Assessors outside of the NYC 5 boroughs must have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance. SCHEDULING: Must be willing and able to accommodate varying schedules and hours; some evening and weekend hours required. Equiliem (www.equiliem.com) believes in empowering success.
