You will be an Executive-level leader accountable for developing and implementing effective strategic partnerships, programs, and PMI channel function initiatives that support PMI's global growth.

The VP will lead the ongoing development and sustainability of internal and external engagements, take a leadership role in defining future processes and be a thought leader internally and externally.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer you will be a member of PMI's Senior Leadership team.

What you will be doing:



  • Establish and implement the direction of the strategic partnership and programs division.
  • Develop and lead initiatives aimed at increasing PMI's external collaborations and global reach.
  • Establish, nurture, and grow the PMI ecosystem of partners and the PMI community by leading the development and implementation of plans that broaden PMI's reach.
  • Be responsible for developing revenue generating strategic partnerships. Lead program development activities from inception to closure, including contract negotiation and relationship maintenance.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on growth opportunities for PMI products and services
  • Be a positive role model to PMI team members and the wider PMI community
  • Day to day management responsibility for the PMI executive council, the PMI channel organization (incl. Authorized Training Partner network), PMI's government function plus other market facing partnerships and programs.


What you bring to the role:



  • Postgraduate degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in a global business environment across multiple markets and channels;
  • Must have had senior management exposure and be able to a be compelling thought partner externally and internally
  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Creates and sustains an environment that fosters teamwork, excellence, respect, accountability, and diversity.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Ability to travel internationally 30% of time
