NYC DOT seeks to hire an Administrative Space Analyst to join the Facilities Management Unit. The candidate must be an independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, have a high level of initiative, and encompass technical work with varying degrees of difficulty in the field of Real Estate and Space Planning. With oversight of the Director of Real Estate & Planning, the Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the following: Minimum Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and five years of full-time paid experience requiring general knowledge of construction and construction costs, electronic data processing equipment, telephone communications systems, building standards and leasing procedures, in the evaluation and layout of space in office buildings, garages and other structures used for commercial and industrial purposes, at least two years of which shall have been of a supervisory nature; or Preferred Skills
-Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. -Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. 55a Program
