Home Preservation Construction Specialist The Home Preservation Construction Specialist will play an integral role in Habitat's climate resiliency, repair, and accessibility programs serving low-income homeowners across Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. The specialist will work with the Repair Coordinators and Program Manager to ensure preservation projects best serve the needs of clients, meet grant-funding restrictions, and are completed on time and within budget. This position will conduct home visits, create work scopes, interface with sub-contractors, oversee skilled and unskilled volunteers on preservation projects as needed, and handle necessary government and quality control inspections.
