Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our US workforce. Primarily focused on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration, and other HR administration tasks, this position will contribute to fostering the 'Ultimate Ultra I&C' employee experiences and supporting the company's expansion efforts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams, and making meaningful contributions to our organization's success.

Category: Hourly, non-exempt

Location: Austin, TX

Work Environment: Hybrid (minimum of 2 days onsite per week)

Position Duties:

  • Schedule interviews nationwide, ensuring the 'Ultimate Ultra I&C' candidate experience.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Manage Internship Programs and University Recruiting Partnerships.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system up-to-date.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 documentation, and E-Verify.
  • Maintain employee files confidentially and act as backup for HRIS and Finance system integration.
  • Revitalize and maintain the Employee Veteran Wall, showcasing the incredible contributions of our honored military veterans.
  • As the HR representative for the Employee Event Committee, contributes to company events.
  • Assist with Open Enrollment and Wellness Newsletter Content.
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices.
  • Administer the Employee Referral Bonus and Tuition Reimbursement Programs.
  • Perform data audits and transactions in the HRIS system.
  • Track learning completion for the business unit.
  • Handle other tasks and projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel & PowerPoint.
  • This position requires a US Person, eligible to obtain any required export-controlled goods authorization.
