Responsibilities: Ensure all menu items are prepared appropriately without cross contamination. Verify that all menu signs have accurate dietary and allergen information. Oversee alternative snacks are available for students with special dietary needs Manage allergy table in Lower School and ensure it is safe, staffed and board is up to date. Post menus for parents on school intranet Communicate special dietary needs with culinary staff on an ongoing basis Communicate with parents to touch base on child's special dietary needs. Maintain social media page for dining services Attend daily meetings and present on relevant topics such as food allergies, food safety, etc. Create and present wellness programming to students at monthly event. Qualifications: Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required Food service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills required Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications and recipe database systems Apply to Flik today!
