Supported by Belmont Point Management LLC's Executive Leadership team, we've earned a reputation as a premiere AV integration and installation provider serving the Intelligence and Defense communities, Maryland Public School System, and diversified, worldwide commercial customers.

We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team - Lead AV Technician! The right individual must be mechanically inclined, adaptable to a dynamic work environment, and able to successfully meet the physical demands of the job. This position supports our Government AV/Video Teleconference (VTC) production and installation department.

The responsibilities of this role may include:



  • Manages all life-cycle phases of a project including providing accurate project documentation
  • Loads, tests, and troubleshoots control systems such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron
  • Loads, tests, troubleshoots, and manipulates DSP files including ClearOne, Biamp, and Extron
  • Configures advanced AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp
  • Fabricates, terminates, and installs AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, and XLR
  • Configures video conferencing solutions from Polycom and CISCO
  • Tests, commissions, troubleshoots, and diagnoses various AV systems
  • Performs site surveys and document requirements for Engineers and PMs
  • Performs all other duties as assigned


To qualify for this position, you must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience. An active DoD Top Secret security clearance is strongly desired.

Additional qualifications include:



  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Ability to receive and maintain a CTS Certification
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
