The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Campus Admission. This position will assist with the admission and recruitment of qualified students into campus-based academic programs. Responsibilities are chiefly related to event management and execution, front office support, and student service.

Event Management Support:

• Coordinate sending confirmation letters, confirmation calls, event preparation (schedules, nametags, student lists), evaluation collection, and data entry.
• Ensure all packets are completed prior to events.
• Assist in any major event support that is needed (packets, check-in list, schedules, and name tags).

Office Management Support:

• Conduct information sessions for prospective students and guests.
• Answer phone calls to field inquiries and direct calls to appropriate offices/departments.
• Assist Transfer/Graduate and International Admission teams as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a Graduate program at SNHU

Preferred Qualifications:

• Admission experience as an undergraduate is preferred.
