Pay: $16/hr.

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Inventory Control Lead daily tasks:



  • Manage and oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular physical inventory counts in accordance with established procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Train and supervise inventory team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless inventory operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to inventory accuracy, stockouts, and overstock situations.
  • Implement measures to safeguard inventory and prevent loss or theft.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in inventory management, with at least two years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of inventory control principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, warehouse management systems). Others include:
