About This Role:



The Center for Student Success and Professional Services within the College of Education seeks applicants for an academic program specialist. This position will provide leadership and assistance in the development, implementation, and assessment of various initiatives, activities, events, and academic enrichment opportunities for current and prospective students.

What You'll Need to Succeed:



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Requires a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience planning, managing, and overseeing multiple projects and activities.
  • Strong project management expertise and experience.
  • Strong event planning expertise and experience.
  • High level of overall computer literacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work some hours outside the normal workday, including evenings and some weekends.
  • Experience in higher education.


Other Requirements:



  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:
