Job Summary: Develop and deliver alcohol, tobacco and other drug education to youth and/or adults at risk for substance use or abuse. Provide referrals to other services. Supervisory Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Required Skills/Abilities: Education and Experience: Minimum Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Physical Requirements: * Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
