As a Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for crafting our strategic direction to best serve both the payer and provider market, including the creation of new solutions. This role will help develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates MCG solutions in the market. The Manager, Product Management, will take ownership of driving commercial success of products, has a deep understanding of market needs, able to clearly articulate the product vision along with driving execution and internal alignment. This role will also directly manage product owners.

You will:



  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and market needs, capturing requests and conducting market research.
  • Develop a vision for solutions that address urgent market needs.
  • Develop and maintain prioritized product features roadmap and articulate both quantitative and qualitative reason behind prioritization.
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Ability to embrace changes and pivot quickly to the changing market landscape.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of our product solutions.
  • Directly manage and own the development of our team of product owners


What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • 6 years of digital product management Experience
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Able to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • 25-30% travel required.


Pay Range: $136,000 - $191,037

Other compensation: Bonus Eligible
