Position description

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is seeking energetic candidate for the Clinical Instructor Series in the specialty of spine surgery. This position is a fellowship and would have a 100% appointment in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. A California medical license is required for appointment as Clinical Instructor. Rank and Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The appropriate applicant must hold a MD degree completed in Orthopaedic residency and have a desire to develop expertise in spine surgery. The successful candidate would be expected to take part in teaching and research of spine surgery to residents, graduate students, and medical students.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

Candidate must hold a M.D. degree and hold a California Medical License; Must have completed a Residency in Orthopaedics as well as Orthopaedic Board eligible/certified with specialization in Spine Surgery.
