About the Role

This is a 4-month contract role, based in the Seattle, WA area. Key responsibilities include:



  • Partner with the organic social and paid media teams, and external agency to brainstorm and execute social-first/social-only content.
  • Concept and create social first assets at lifestyle/brand photo shoots.
  • Deliver quick turn social content based on trends, events or user generated content through video, photography, or graphic design.


  • Work events and connect with key players to capture content and deliver event goals.
  • Promote a consistent brand identity through the company's social media channels.
  • Partner and collaborate across brand teams to ensure channel native content supports brand and seasonal narratives and campaign goals.



About You



  • Obsessed with all things social, digitally native, and creatively uninhibited.
  • A collaborative nature with a team focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and adapting quickly to change.
  • Ability to build credible, effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.
  • Analytical with the ability to find and use data to improve decisions.
  • Self-directed, motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • In essence, fast, fun, fearless and friendly and Stanley obsessed.



Experience and Capabilities



  • 2+ years of experience as a social content creator at an established consumer brand.


  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, emerging content formats and best practices across platforms.
  • Highly skilled in photography and videography; ability to personally shoot and edit content that meets the needs of social creative briefs.
  • Demonstrated skills in short form content creation/curation experience and paid ad creative.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and well versed in industry standard content editing software.
  • Must love Bears!

Salary Range

$45 - $55 per hour.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
