Sr. Associate, Operation Supervisor (3rd Shift)

• Ensure that all safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards are maintained and established procedures are adhered to by all employees within the department at all times.

• Manage the production area personnel, including shift leads, line leads and movers + makers. This role will provide direct feedback to these roles via daily discussions, 1-on-1's and 6-month review process.

• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes and procedures that improve OEE and reduce costs.

• Provide updates to the team by speaking and presenting in huddles, meetings and tours.

REQUREMENTS:

• Bachelors
• 3+ year experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment

PREFFERED:

• Experience working with SAP in a manufacturing setting.

• Past experience in a training or employee development role.

• Past Experience in a safety or quality role.
