And we're growing! Ideal candidate will have the following - Need to have very strong communication skills. Proven experience of managing the client stakeholders and leadership team. Has solid experience in program management and delivery. Experience of collaborating with multiple teams, identify the various dependencies and create a program plan. Experience of preparing program / project status report and present to client leadership team. Experience of managing the program risks, issues and dependencies. Very positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Good consulting acumen and strategic thinking ability. Experience in airlines industry is highly preferable.
