Job Summary Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium In-Seats Team. As a Premium In-Seats Team member you will be an essential part of delivering excellent service to guests during the exciting events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. If you are passionate about providing top-notch hospitality in a dynamic environment this is your chance to contribute to memorable experiences for our guests. Execute the preparation of menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients in all dishes. Cook and plate dishes with precision, adhering to specified cooking methods and portion sizes. Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of food orders. Maintain a high standard of food quality and consistency. Conduct regular taste tests and visual inspections to ensure adherence to culinary standards. Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines. Follow kitchen safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens. Assist with menu updates and changes as needed. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment. Demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Quickly adapt to changes in menu, volume, or special requests. Requirements: Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques. Attention to detail in food presentation and quality. Consistency in following recipes and portion control. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements. Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required. Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays. Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training preferred. Previous Culinary or related experience preferred.
