Project Manager: E-Commerce and Marketing

CORE FUNCTIONS



  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets.
  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of content, design, and messaging to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3-year experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce & marketing channels and trends, specifically digital media channels (paid search, paid social, email, affiliates, video, mobile, etc).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Travel



  • Occasional travel may be required; 10-15%.
