Position Details:

Reporting to the Regional Director for Onsite Services, lead a team to help Grainger become customers first choice for the products and services they need to keep their workplaces safe, efficient, and functioning. Leading the District efforts for KeepStock (Grainger's vendor managed inventory solution) engagements and onsite customer service activities. Build solid partnerships to facilitate success allowing Grainger to extend our reach into our customer's locations and provide superior service.

You Will:
  • KeepStock Management/Leadership:
    • Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists who maintain inventory in customer accounts helping customers save time and money.
    • Use Grainger network to collaborate within multiple teams to achieve results.
    • Implement Leader Plan which includes assessing and prioritizing, coaching and teaching, hiring top talent
    • Promote great team member engagement, support team member development.
  1. Performance/Resource Management:
    • Manage projects by allocating resources ensuring return on investment and profitability.
    • Understand market conditions and trends and customer requirements to provide appropriate direction and guidance to the broader organization.
    • Ensure the right solutions and resources are being offered/deployed to customers.
    • Ensure excellent customer survey satisfaction levels.
You Have:
  • 5+ years' manufacturing or industrial business experience with direct leadership experience.
  • Understanding of financial and economic concepts.
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience building and working within different teams.
  • Strength in process improvement, ownership and control and project management
  • Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team.

Compensation:

This position is salaried and will pay between $85,680. to 131,580. with 15 % bonus eligibility target.The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.
