Job Number: 24-10998 Job Summary: The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) identifies, assesses and provides counseling services for consumers with behavioral health and/or co-occurring medical conditions. Provides an array of appropriate, person-centered, evidence-based, best practice therapeutic interventions to consumers, which may include, but are not limited to: skills training delivered through psycho-education and patient education strategies. Interventions may also be provided in individual or group settings, and in delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed. LPHAs work in partnership with racially and culturally diverse individuals to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes. LPHAs conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) at regular intervals to ensure optimal and personalized services. LPHAs deliver therapeutic evidence-based and best practice interventions including, but not limited to: skills training through psycho-education and patient education strategies, individual, family and/or group services, and delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed. Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. Hours: Full-Time. Workdays: Monday-Friday. Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Salary: $62,306 - $79,433 annually depending on years of licensure.
