Job Summary

Moody's is a globally recognized leader in financial services, providing essential insights and solutions to clients worldwide. As a Conference Coordinator at Moody's, you will be an integral part of Restaurant Associates dynamic team, managing a high volume of high-end clients and ensuring seamless coordination of conferences and events.

This position requires Monday through Friday availability (shift: 8am-5pm). Full benefits, uniforms and an employee discount on meals are included!

Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding guest services- continuous interactions with high-end clients, understanding their conference and event requirements.
  • Make reservations for conference rooms, ensuring all logistical details are accurately recorded and executed.
  • Organize and execute conferences and events, paying meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with vendors.
  • Exhibit excellent communication (verbal and written) and social skills to engage effectively with clients and event attendees.
  • Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document creation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sending and replying to emails, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Multitask effectively to manage concurrent responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Exhibit resilience and stress resistance to ensure smooth execution of conferences and events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email correspondence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
