Job Description Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading, tracking, and reporting on the successful implementation of technical solutions. Working with the Director of Corporate Systems , the project manager serves the essential role of translating business requirements and technical requirements into an executable project plan. The project manager should use their industry and technical knowledge to influence and support all IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a wide variety of staff to create project schedules, drive milestones, and successfully deploy and operate enterprise IT products.
  • Develop and refine organization processes to increase production efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior management on the status of all IT projects.
  • Manage work ingest and planning for IT in partnership with their external stakeholders and customers:
  • Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, Coms, Human Resources, etc.)
  • Business lines
  • Creates operational reporting and metrics for IT Management and presents progress reports to senior management
  • Ensures that realistic estimates of cost, duration, and resource requirements. Monitors projects and tasks against these criteria, taking corrective action as necessary
  • Collaborates with Cybersecurity and Compliance organizations
  • Incorporate best practices into IT organization, beginning with project/program management practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing Information systems as project manager
  • 5+ years managing projects in an Agile environment
  • Proven experience managing full system implementations and support organizations
  • Experience partnering with internal business stakeholders to address business requirements
  • Comfortable communicating with and interacting with individuals from all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Familiarity will project-related documentation such as project charters, project plans, requirements specifications, test plans, implementation plans, etc.
  • Strong expertise with ITSM and ITIL standards
  • Expertise in agile methodologies
  • Deal with multiple concurrent projects and their shifting schedules and changing priorities
  • Agile Project Management Certifications a plus
  • Jira experience a plus

The base salary for this role is $120,000 to $130,000, depending on level of skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
