Role and Responsibilities:
CW Resources is seeking an energetic Floor Technician Supervisor that will oversee a crew of selected individuals who may have disabilities or disabling conditions maintain all floors and baseboards throughout the Mark Center. As well as, provide a safe and hazard-free environment by cleaning and maintenance of all hard -surface floors, carpeting, stairwell, elevators, and elevator tracks throughout the facility.

* Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Train employees utilizing the correct products and PPE needed for the job of crew leaders.
* Trains employees in proper work techniques, and schedules, usage and conservation of supplies, operation of equipment, and safety practices.
* Maintain work area safely by utilizing appropriate safety system to protect tenants, guests, and team members
* Oversee crew attendance, timesheets, and employee relation matters.
* Coordinate floor care duties with staff to ensure the safety and health of staff, tenants and guests.
* Continually monitor the work site to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulations.
* Participates in daily communication with Project Manager, Assistant Program Manager and on-site crew leaders to ascertain problems/concerns, reach decisions regarding appropriate solutions, and to maintain a high level of satisfaction in terms of quality service, and effective communication at the facility.
* Comply with and train staff on all Federal, State, and Local regulatory standards and procedures.
* Conduct accident/incident/near miss investigations in a prompt and thorough manner and initiate procedures to prevent reoccurrence.

Experience Requirements:
* Minimum of Three (3) year of commercial floor care experience.
* Minimum of Three (3) years of supervisory experience of commercial facilities in related field.
* Possess the necessary skills to read and write, respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
* Knowledgeable experience of floor care techniques using and operating multiple floor care equipment.
* Knowledgeable experience cleaning, maintaining, and restoring floor surface.
* Knowledgeable experience, cleaning carpet using methods such as bonneting, extracting, shampooing, stripping, refinishing, or applying dry cleaning chemicals.
* Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment.
* Knowledge of the use of Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Preferred Skills:
* Able to supervise large teams.
* Must be capable of working with individuals with disabilities.
* Must be able to communicate effectively.
* Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.

Education Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Must complete all on site mandatory training requirements.

Physical Demands:
* Required to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
* Able to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

* Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
