Scope:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for performing analysis, monitoring financial and business metrics associated with the company's operating units, reporting results, and providing information to appropriate company and corporate management.

Duties:

  • Teaming with project engineers to forecast future cost to complete on funded projects as the basis of percentage of completion for revenue recognition.
  • Responsible for tracking project and program costs, including R&D, engineering labor, material, and any expense items charged to the project or program. This includes analysis of variances or other anomalies which may arise.
  • Oversee Product Cost Analysis for annuity programs
  • Team with operations by preparing operational metrics; weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Quarterly reporting to corporate office on operating performance and variance to forecast
  • Help maintain high quality data on company costing and valuation systems by insuring correctness of standards, etc..
  • Analysis of appropriate financial, business, or manufacturing metrics, which may include, but not be limited to; inventory, scrap, labor efficiencies, or expenses.
  • Participate in annual planning and budgeting processes.
  • Monitoring and tracking of departmental budgets. Analysis of costs, as needed, to provide clarity to management.
  • Provide support of reporting activities and presentations as required.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be extremely proficient with spreadsheets (Excel).
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of financial and cost accounting fundamentals.
  • Good data mining skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Deltek - Cobra knowledge a plus

Education/ Experience:

Required Education:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment is desired

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$69,795 - $116,325

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
