Description Physical Therapist - Swedish Ballard 5300 Tallman-Seattle(HR) SCHEDULE: Days 0800 - 1700 The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services. The PT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others and the patient.
