Overview

The Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will work with the Salesforce team and stakeholders to enhance Salesforce usage and QA processes. This includes implementing new QA processes, acting as level 1 support, and creating test plans and test cases.

Salary Range: $80,900 - $122,500

What You'll Do

  • Implement QA processes and best practices in all Salesforce testing areas
  • Understand business, functional, and technical requirements to create test plans; create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Execute testing (functional and technical) for Salesforce applications and platforms; record and report all testing results and identify steps to reproduce issues identified
  • Understand the data integrations and cross-departmental usage and impact of changes
  • Lead and execute QA activities for Salesforce related integrations
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, systems developers, other engineers, business users, and vendors to address testing issues and defects
  • Participates in the Salesforce release process, including feature review and impact analysis, testing, support, and documentation
  • Trains, informs, and supports users regarding system functionality, enhancements, system configuration, and best practices
  • Build test plans and test scripts
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field*
  • 3+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience with integration testing
  • Ability to effectively communicate business processes through the use of written documents and diagrams
  • Experience designing Salesforce reports and dashboards that clearly communicate operational status and analytical trends
  • Experience designing comprehensive test plans with measurable testing criteria
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if you have:

  • Any Salesforce Certifications or Prior Experience with CPQ

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
