Description Manufacturing Associate (Clipper Tie or Class B) - $19.61/hour Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Associate (Clipper Tie or Class B) to be based out of Hebron, OH. Reporting to Manufacturing Supervisor, the Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for running a clip gun, loading magazines, and clipping coil loops together in a line along with wire tie operation and packaging. What you'll do: Adherence to Atkore Safety / Life Saving Rules is paramount Demonstrate core values Regular attendance and punctuality Clips coil loops together using an air-operated clip gun Change magazines or feeds strips of clips into clip guns Moving baskets or coils into position Removes tie wires (WIP-type products) Aligning barbs or loops into the proper position prior to clipping Removing extra clips Daily cleaning of the work area What you'll bring: High school diploma and at minimum 1-year manufacturing-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Lean concept sustainment & problem-solving skills Safety action orientated Flexibility of shift schedule including overtime and weekends Must have an outgoing positive attitude, be a team player and have a strong work ethic Demonstrates Atkore Core Behaviors - Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally team lift more than 50 pounds.
