Major/Essential Functions Responsible for managing all aspects of the South End Zone Game Day Operations, which includes planning, organizing, and execution of all suite set-up and catering, concessions areas, and all F&B Oversee all game day staff in preparation of game day functions and serving of fans Pre-game and post-game set up and inventory of all assigned food and beverages needs Maintain the highest standards of customer service, and handling of all customer complaints/issues to ensure all guests have a positive experience Work closely with the event planners and kitchen staff to ensure that guest orders have been correctly received, billed accordingly, and reconciled after each game day Assist in the training of staff in relation to game day operations, specifically with regards to all food safety and food handling policies, procedures, and TABC laws and regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus three years supervisory experience; OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years. Preferred Qualifications A degree in a Hospitality related field or area ServeSafe Certification TABC Server Certification Knowledge/experience with a catering management software Safety Information Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of all TTU employees.
