We are looking for a Marketing/Brand Manager, to help develop and own our story-line: bringing our brand to life across innovation, media, experiential and through unique partnerships. You should understand how to be start-up scrappy, have a consumer-first mindset, a strong sense of ownership and pride in work, an urge to disrupt the status quo and knowledge of which levers to pull to fuel rocket-ship level brand growth we want to hear from you!

The Deets:

  • Own the overall annual marketing plan and 8-figure budget, creating and executing a compelling calendar of 360 marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute marketing levers including innovation, advertising/media, experiential/sampling, events and trade marketing.
  • Build foundational innovation strategy as we enter new categories, inclusive of consumer insights, competitive landscape, benchmarking, pricing, innovation, and launch strategy. Manages the essential 4 Ps of marketing (product, price, place, promotion).
  • Manage agency partners - determine briefs, set timelines, negotiate budgets, and ensure execution meets high brand standards.
  • Analyze and interpret market data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends.

The Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing/brand management experience. Preference for experience in FMCG.
  • Experience creating strong brand positioning in highly competitive categories.
  • Strong project management skills - ability to bring cross-functional groups together against clear goals and deliverables.
  • Prior experience managing a marketing budget and ensuring allocation of spend is appropriate to achieve KPI's.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions when necessary.
