Who We Are: ThinkTek LLC is a fast-growing Certified SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company. We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.

Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support growth internally and across its portfolio of federal contracts. This position will report to the Director of HR and will work alongside them to support and advance recruiting operations, strategy, and software. The Recruiter will have direct access to resources (job boards, compliance tools, BambooHR) and mentorship/training from the Director of HR, but some experience in federal contracting is required.

This position can be fully remote, but qualified candidates must be located in the DMV area.

Responsibilities




  • Manage all candidate activity (applicants, sourced resumes, and referrals) and documentation in BambooHR (ATS).
  • Use ThinkTek resources and job boards to source qualified candidates for open positions (as needed).
  • Responsible for the data integrity of the ATS, including candidate emails, interview feedback, assessments (if applicable), digital offer letters, and candidate dispositions/statuses.
  • Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates, leaving notes in the ATS for the Hiring Lead(s) to reference.
  • Submit down selected candidates to Hiring Lead(s) for more formal consideration, ensuring feedback is documented in the ATS and communicated to the candidate.
  • Confirm and schedule interviews in collaboration with Hiring Lead(s).
  • Broker interview feedback and job offers between Hiring Lead(s), BambooHR, and candidates.
  • Support OFCCP compliance in collaboration with the Director of HR.
  • Work alongside the Director of HR to establish, monitor, and improve various hiring KPIs.
  • Recommend enhancements to ThinkTek's recruiting processes, software solutions, etc.



Required




  • 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting in a federal contracting environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities



Desired




  • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS)
  • CIR or other accredited certification
  • Security Clearance
