We seek an individual to address the distinctive challenges in steering the Program team responsible for advancing these objectives. Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across a variety of business units Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Description Our Program team comprises of highly engaged professionals wielding diverse talents and experiences, pivotal in propelling us forward and supporting Apple's expanding suite of software and products. You will adeptly lead the Program team, drive strategies and provide tactical solutions for Software Delivery, seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional organizations. Software Delivery shoulders numerous demands. In this capacity, you'll play a pivotal role in harmonizing these demands with the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term objectives. Education & Experience Additional Requirements - Fluent in software development processes such as SDLC - Background in the services infrastructure space, or infrastructure security - Background in cloud migration and management - Demonstrated ability to organize and manage rapid co-ordinated response efforts - Ability to organize and participate in requirements or design brainstorming sessions - Experience of leading, growing, and developing a project management team Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,400.00 and $289,800.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
