Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine Solutions, Fedwire, National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash, FedACH, and Check Services. We are currently leading a strategic effort to transform FRFS to a national, enterprise-focused organization. Over time, FRFS will offer an increasingly integrated set of Federal Reserve payment services, incorporating the FedNowSM Service upon its market entry in 2023. The FRFS Technology Automation Engineer performs a critical role in ensuring stable technical operations of Production and Customer Test environments for FRFS Payment Products. This position is responsible for active technical monitoring, respond to technical incidents, resolve technical incidents, maintain knowledgebase, fulfill Service requests from FRFS stakeholders within and outside of FRFS such as BizOps, Interfacing Business lines, timely escalation of customer impacting or business service impacting incidents to management. Role is expected to demonstrate Technical Operations skills with heavy emphasis in identifying process standardization and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency by leveraging operational metrics. Individual must be able to collaboratively work with individuals and teams across FRFS Business Lines, Reserve Banks, and National IT to achieve successful business objectives. In addition, occasionally individual may be required to support different shift. If the candidate is not a current Federal Reserve Bank System employee, this position will be based out of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Minneapolis, or Atlanta and the employee will be required to fulfill the on-site hybrid requirement. 3rd Shift days and Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 12am to 8:30am eastern Key Activities:
