The Role

Flower Child, a dynamic and quickly growing restaurant brand known for its deliciously good-for-you food and vibrant restaurant dining, is seeking a passionate and experienced Loyalty Program Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand, driving business and guest engagement through Flower Child loyalty. Additionally, the position will play a key role on the larger Fox Restaurant Concepts Marketing team, acting as a working partner to all internal marketing and departments including Brand Marketing, Creative, IT, Operations and work closely with the Loyalty platform provider.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Flower Child's comprehensive loyalty program aligning with brand and business goals. This includes APP, email, SMS, and partner dashboard daily admin.
  • Analyze program data to understand loyalty guest behaviors and preferences and use insights to create guest profiles to tailor the loyalty program effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, IT, accounting, and finance teams to ensure program alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Manage the loyalty program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum program effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing regular reports to Flower Child Marketing Director and Senior Team on metrics such as guest engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Managing the Loyalty provider and ensure the app's features are guest-centric that mirror the in-restaurant experience. If desired features are missing, working with the loyalty provider to ensure they are put on the roadmap and delivered.
  • Stay informed about industry Loyalty trends and competitor loyalty programs to ensure our program remains innovative and competitive.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing loyalty campaigns for acquisition, frequency and sales targets.
  • Train and guide Store Operations team on the loyalty program details to ensure consistent guest communication and engagement at all restaurant locations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback related to the loyalty program, ensuring high levels of program satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate loyalty needs for new Flower Child restaurant openings.
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to help build, test, and deploy emails and SMS through Salesforce Marketing Cloud on behalf of the loyalty program.
  • Support FRC digital strategy and execution as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years minimum experience in digital, specifically loyalty program related.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter
  • Microsoft Office
  • CMS web platform experience ex: Wordpress
  • CRM tool experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Google Analytics is a plus
