Description

Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:



  • Coursework/Training Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
  • Coursework/Training Completion of a clinical internship.
  • Coursework/Training Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice.
  • Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in ambulatory setting.
