Click *to view the step-by-step instructions to refer a friend to this position.* Job Summary We're seeking a high performing Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and fun Marketing Team that will provide critical marketing support for our high-profile technology client. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will provide support for key marketing functions - management of our customer feedback program, and support menu and event management. This role will include coordinating and working with client(s), customers, chefs/culinarians, operators, preferred partners and more. This role will support the broader Marketing Team, working cross-functionally to drive the activation of marketing programs and events to drive guest engagement and experience. This is an onsite position that requires the individual to work at the client site in Redmond, WA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage Customer Feedback survey platform and engage in feedback channels and programs to foster participation. Facilitate and plan high profile customer and client tours Update and maintain overall menus working closely with Senior Marketing Manager, Dining and ensure accuracy of menus across cafes and concept brands. Work closely with Event Marketing Manager to activate customer engagement events and promotions. Provide support in developing and activating focus groups to gather deeper customer insights. Strong working knowledge and experience in creating marketing presentations. Other marketing duties as directed by Director of Marketing. Qualifications 3-5 years coordinating marketing programs (event industry, catering, hospitality, restaurant) Experience with client management - either internal/external College or graduate degree in business, marketing, communications or related field Creative individual adept at marketing and communications and proven agility with shifting priorities. Strong knowledge of marketing communications process and understanding of different print and digital mediums and communication channels. Strong understanding of event planning and execution. Excellent interpersonal communication skills - both verbal and written Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Manage projects against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work. Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary and/or event industry Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for event production. Apply to Eurest today!
