Angular We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Angular Developer for a contract opportunity with a preference for expertise in Angular version 17. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the team through the development and optimization of our front-end architecture, with a keen focus on Angular-based micro-applications. This role requires a hands-on leader who can also mentor the team, bringing them up to speed on the application's intricacies and the latest in Angular development practices. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Lead Angular Developer, guiding the design and development of front-end architecture with a preference for Angular 17. - Mentor and support the team in understanding and getting up to speed with the application, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient learning curves. - Architect and design high-quality front-end UI micro-applications, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards for scalability, performance, and responsiveness. - Integrate front-end components with Java/Microservices backends, enhancing the application's overall functionality and user experience. - Independently manage complex technical tasks within the project's ecosystem, ensuring timely and effective delivery. - Develop and maintain REST and SOAP Web Services, contributing to the application's robustness and interoperability. - Oversee and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring smooth and continuous integration and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, utilizing logs and monitoring tools to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction. - Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and clients, providing regular updates, insights, and solutions to ensure project alignment and success. Requirements: - A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating a strong track record in front-end development and team leadership. - Proficient in Angular (Version 13+), with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Angular 17. - At least 5 years of experience in architecting and designing front-end UI micro-applications, showcasing expertise in creating scalable and maintainable front-end architectures. - Knowledge of Java/Microservice integration, adding significant value to the integration and optimization of front-end and back-end systems. - Ability to work independently in complex technical environments, demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical proficiency. - Experienced in developing REST and SOAP Web Services, contributing to the application's connectivity and functionality. - Skilled in creating and maintaining CI/CD builds using Jenkins, ensuring streamlined development and deployment processes. - Competent in troubleshooting application issues through effective monitoring and log analysis, ensuring high availability and performance. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and clients, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and project success.
