Long Description Detailed Responsibilities Lead the accounting for all campus entities across the Rank + Rally Los Angeles AEG Retail portfolio The portfolio includes all retail operations at Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, The Shrine Auditorium, Dignity Health Sports Park, and corresponding ecommerce sites Partner with Retail Operations Sr. Director and operations team to drive financial visibility, accounting accuracy, and process efficiencies Manage direct reports and their related processes and job requirements (accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, etc.) Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting Work with corporate accounting teams to maintain a reconciled and accurate financial statements Support Regional Managers in annual plan, monthly variance analysis, and weekly forecasting Work with partner accounting teams on a monthly, post-event, and ad hoc basis Communicate financial progress and outlook to operations leadership teams Maintain modern and innovative accounting and data entry processes Ensure internal audit compliance Long Description Skills and Experience 2+ years of accounting experience; experience within the hospitality, foodservice, or retail industry preferred Microsoft Excel proficiency Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Desire to continually improve processes and create efficiencies Curious about Life at Levy?
