As a The Cheesecake Bakery Marketing Intern, you will play an integral part in supporting our Bakery Sales & Marketing department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a Bakery Sales & Marketing department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with a Bakery Sales & Marketing team of nine, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Bakery Sales & Marketing function for a $3.3 billion public company with over 300 restaurants and more than 47,500 staff members.

  • Graphic Design: Create marketing collateral for the team (includes printed brochures, flyers, etc.) using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop).
  • Create and modify sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Content creation for advertising and email campaigns.
  • Collect market research and create reports to support sales goals (ex. competitive research and industry trends).
  • Assist in CRM implementation by verifying marketing processes and information.

What we require:

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
  • Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education.
  • Majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Available to work from the Bakery HQ 5 days per week (Mon- Fri).
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
