About Our Client's Idea Center:

Hunter Hamilton is hiring on behalf of our Austin based client for their Idea Center (IC), which serves as our client's premier Executive Briefing Center.

The IC Team excels in designing and conducting tailored executive engagements, such as briefings and meetings, specifically crafted for decision-makers.

These sessions are offered both in-person and through hybrid formats for our client's Idea Center in Austin, and across key EMEA locations.

Executive Briefing Manager - Idea Center, Austin, Texas

Hunter Hamilton's client is expanding their Austin team and seeking a proficient briefing manager to design and lead our executive briefing sessions at the Idea Center in Austin, Texas.

What You'll Do:



  • Leverage your expertise in talent acquisition or talent attraction to guide account teams and their clients through the creation of tailored, solution-oriented ideation sessions.
  • By involving thought leaders, product leaders, executive leadership, and other subject matter experts from our client, you elevate these discussions to impactful, high-touch conversations.
  • As a keen listener and dynamic speaker, you'll identify trends and insights during discussions, understanding client needs and challenges.
  • Your passion for talent, technology, and the employment sector shines through in interactions with executive-level clients and prospects.


Responsibilities:



  • Craft personalized meeting agendas and lead world-class executive engagements for top-level decision-makers, both in-person and in a hybrid format.
  • Utilize data, platform, and sales strategy tools to enrich executive engagements with unique insights drawn from our client's data.
  • Foster positive relationships and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, client success, product, engineering, HR, and other internal teams to boost revenue, and client retention, and cement our client's status as a leader in online recruitment and employment trends.
  • Prepare, guide, and synchronize the contributions and content of our client's internal experts to present a unified, impactful, and insightful narrative to clients.
  • Implement engaging, interactive, and action-oriented facilitation methods to keep participants energized throughout day-long engagements



Who You Are:



  • A seasoned strategic thinker in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, human resources, and/or workforce development.
  • Previous Executive Briefing experience preferably within the TA, Recruitment, Marketing, Employer Branding, or Workforce Development markets.
  • 6+ years of executive briefing, consulting or marketing experience, preferably in B2B scenarios. Experience in executive engagement programs, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales or sales enablement is a plus.
  • Comfortable with being client facing - creating engaging/thought provoking activities for client meetings to understand overarching goals, leadership challenges; curating learning sessions through a consultative approach and coordinating speakers, presentations, for ideation sessions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Leadership, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to produce user-centric engagements.
  • Expertise with virtual, live, and hybrid Executive Briefings.
  • Able to engage and advise C-level stakeholders effectively.
  • Possesses strong analytical abilities to craft and communicate narratives and insights from data compellingly.
  • An expert presenter renowned for conducting interactive and captivating meetings with executive audiences
