JOB SUMMARY:

The Global Value & HEOR Specialist will support the global value and health economics function. This role will cover future NSCLC indications for TTFields. The individual will contribute to the localization of CUA/BIA models, quantifying and communicating the value of TTFields for NSCLC. Additionally, the individual will be expected to support the commercial and market access teams at country level. The ideal candidate will be early to mid-career and seeking an opportunity that allows them to develop broad skills in health economics, RWE, pricing strategy, market access, risks overview (market and economics) on a global and local level.

This is a full-time, exempt role, remote role reporting to the Manager, HTA & Cost Effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Contribute to developing quantitative, and qualitative analysis, economic modelling and communicating the value of TTFields for NSCLC
  • Understand and present emerging health economics and reimbursement trends
  • Supports internal business partners at global and country levels with reimbursement dossier filings, including presenting economic models
  • Analyze data to have a complete scope of coverage and reimbursements, existing and emerging payer policies, competitive landscape, economic trends, pricing, contracting strategies, potential barriers to provider and patient access
  • Maintain awareness through strong research skills of quickly evolving regional and global reimbursement landscape and the evidentiary needs of health care decision-makers
  • Follow up health economic projects for existing and new markets and forecast the effects for the company's growth and payer's impact
  • Support the development of HEOR presentations at scientific congresses
  • Manage projects with external agency partners within scope and budget
  • Other tasks or projects associated with supporting HEOR and HTA initiatives and/or needs



QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:



  • BS/MS in health economics, policy, public health
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in health economics, academia or other relevant area of work
  • Well-structured critical thinking and very good management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with a broad variety of audiences internally and externally
  • Ability to understand and apply economic modelling in the context of clinical data and HTA submissions
  • Ability to understand and apply legal, regulatory, public policy and other regulations relevant to health economics and market access
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated maturity and ability to work with senior management and external KOLs
  • Demonstrated interest in innovative technologies preferred
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel modeling skills preferred
  • Programming skills eg. R or SAS preferred
